Auto Roles commands

Every Auto Roles command in Dexy: usage, arguments, examples, the permission it needs and its cooldown.

Roles for new members and bots, roles given back when members rejoin, and temporary roles.

Part of the Auto Roles module (on by default; turning modules on and off). How it all fits together: Auto Roles. 🔒 commands need the permission shown, Administrator or the server's Dexy admin role (permissions).

Roles above my highest role, bots' and integrations' roles, and roles with dangerous permissions (like Administrator or Ban Members) never come back, unless you allow one with autoroles sticky allow.
